EUPEC is pleased to announce that Mr Lionel BILLY has joined EUPEC as Operations Director since January 7th, 2019.
Lionel Billy holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from ENSAM and an EMBA from ESG in Paris. He has more than 15 year’s experience within the Steel, Paper and Automotive Industry, where he actively served in several management positions (Operations, Technical & HSE).
He’ll supervise the current Operations and Procurement Team. With his strong experience, he will lead the industrial development of Eupec, in a continuous improvement culture, in order to better serve the market.
For more than 50 years, EUPEC has been providing reliable solutions for the “end-to-end” protection of steel pipelines for the Oil and Gas and Water industries, on both onshore and offshore pipelines. EUPEC is one of the world-wide leading companies in the application of multi-layer anti-corrosion coating systems based on polyolefin’s. The company offers its services to its customers around the globe from its headquarters based in the North of France, in Gravelines. Among other projects, between 2009 and 2011, EUPEC has manufactured all the concrete weight coating for the pipelines used for the Nordstream project, and more recently, from 2015 to 2018 has performed the Field Joints and bends anti-corrosion and thermal insulation coating for EGINA project in Nigeria. The company employs 67 persons on 3 sites in France.
